My order hasn't shown up.

The waiting is the hardest part. Shoot your order or invoice number through to sales@mightycraft.com.au or give your rep a call and we can follow up asap.

My invoice doesn't have a discount on it.

The beer I just received is close to date, what should I do?

Thanks for letting us know. Mighty Craft products are dated for freshness, and will uphold their quality throughout the advised time before the 'best before' date. Please email a photo, invoice/order number through to sales@mightycraft.com.au and if you prefer a replacement or a credit and we will respond as soon as we can.

How much is express delivery?

Express Delivery is a premium service. Please see contact your rep or sales@mightycraft.com.au to discuss your options.

Will my beer arrive cold?

Most of the Mighty Craft partner storage facilities are cold. Your products will be delivered ambient, but not left out of cold store for longer than delivery.

How can I track my order?

The excitement of a delivery! You'll be sent a link with your invoice - you can contact us anytime at sales@mightycraft.com.au for updated information. Live delivery tracking is coming soon!

My Tracking Link is not working.

We know it's frustrating! Sometimes the link can take up to 24 hours to upload. Hang in there, it's coming!

What can I do if my delivery arrived damaged?

Broken boxes and cans and bottles?! Oh my! Please email a photo, invoice/order number through to sales@mightycraft.com.au and if you prefer a replacement or a credit and we will respond as soon as we can.

What should I do if my delivery arrived and the stock expiry is too close to date?

We like to make things easy for our customers. Credit applications can be completed online at indiecraft.applyeasy.com.au

Am I eligible for any discounts?

Mighty Craft offers an array of trade programs that may interest you - and they go well beyond just discounts. Contact your local Mighty Craft Ambassador to discuss further (link to Mighty People - Sales page)

Can I access current product batch dates?

We'll need a little more info on exactly which product you'd like to know more about. Email us at sales@mightycraft.com.au and we can investigate.

Can I select certain delivery days/times?

If you have particular delivery details and timing requests, please email us at sales@mightycraft.com.au and we can inform your request.

Do you accept Paypal and Afterpay?

We're working on implementing a whole suite of payment options. In the meantime, you can complete a credit application here indiecraft.applyeasy.com.au

Can I link this to my Qantas points?

We're working on adding this feature for you!

This site is great, but will you have an app to access my account and order information with live tracking more efficiently?

The Mighty Craft team is working hard behind the scenes make this experience the best in the industry. We do pause on Friday afternoons to enjoy a beverage, though.

My invoice doesn't have a PO number on it. I cannot accept it without a PO.

The keg I ordered arrived without a decal.

When will my credit app be approved? I need stock for this weekend.

The Mighty Craft support team endeavours to have credit applications approved within 24-48 hours. If you're experiencing a wait longer than this, email sales@mightycraft and we'll get back to you with further information.

How do I get an order started?

We've got step-by-step details on how this whole online ordering thing works (link to FAQ page for this process - it's being written now!)

The agreed payment terms of my invoice were 30 days yet my invoice says 14 days.

If you've received an invoice with incorrect information, please email sales@mightycraft with your invoice number and we'll get back to you.

Do I have to fill out a credit app if I'm an existing customer of one of the Mighty Craft partners?

With Mighty Craft, we've created a whole new system where one credit approval covers a whole lot awesome beer, spirits and other drinks. We're working on implementing a whole suite of payment options. In the meantime, you can complete a credit application here indiecraft.applyeasy.com.au
