KIS Wally Wild Gin

This Gin brings together 2 of the best of Kangaroo Island's creations. The Islander Estate Vineyard's Wally White is a highly sought after Semillon fermented in a French oak demi-muid creating a complex yet elegant wine. By aging our signature Wild Gin in these barrels for 12 months we have combined the warming notes of honey and musk with the crisp, spicy notes of gingerbread.
