Local chef Adrian Corigliano, formerly of The Fat Duck and Dinner by Heston, is heading up the kitchen.
His approach for food for The Mighty is casual, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented’. With his precise cooking skills and appreciation for fine, high quality ingredients, he has incorporated an abundance of fresh, local produce to create a menu full of modern gastropub dishes.

Brogan's Way Inaugural Gin Pig Dinner
Using the spent gin botanicals exclusively from Brogan's Way to feed their free range heritage breed black Berkshire pigs, Yarra Valley Berkshires, home of the Gin Pig, produces some of the most delicious pork on the planet.
This extraordinary, flavour-filled pork will be transformed into a superb three-course dinner, with each course carefully created by The Mighty Moonee Ponds' head chef, Adrian Corigliano and of course paired with a specially created Brogan’s Way Gin cocktail.
Join us, along with Simon from Brogan’s Way and Brett from Yarra Valley Berkshires, for a casually intimate night of great food and spectacular drinks, celebrating unique local produce.
