Food & Drink

Local chef Sean Townsend, formerly of hatted Muse Kitchen. is heading up the kitchen and has upped the ante in terms of casual, family friendly, fresh local produce driven dining.

His approach for The Mighty: The Mighty Hunter Valley is to produce clever, but uncomplicated, and approachable fare using only the best local ingredients.
