Following the sustainable lores of the land, and using what’s bountiful in nature, they make sure those ingredients are there again next year and the year after that.

Meet the Crew

Daniel Motlop

An ex-AFL professional, Daniel is an indigenous food entrepreneur. He’s created a sustainable family business that passes down the knowledge of positive aboriginal culture. His family includes his Italian/Japanese wife, his elders, four ‘fathers’ and many cousins he calls brothers.

Larrakia People

The custodians of the Darwin region, the Larrakia country runs from the Cox Peninsula in the west to Gunn Point in the north. It’s here that the Larrakia people search for the native ingredients that showcase their incredible culture.
