Craft to us is more about an ethos than a category. It’s a celebration of authenticity, creativity, enterprise and local connection. Supporting the little guys, we’re combining our strengths to create a thriving Independent Craft community. A mighty Independent network of great brands, people and places. Strong together. Mighty Craft is one of Australia’s leading and fastest growing premium craft drinks companies, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). We enable craft companies to scale production, distribution and sales.
We are building a distinguished portfolio of quality craft assets to create value at scale for our employees, suppliers, partners, customers and shareholders. Everything we do, we do to help the Australian craft industry prosper on the world stage.
Whether it’s distilling spirits, or brewing beer, craft is more than just an industry. It is a way of life. Craft is about community, creativity and innovation. It is about individuality, distinction and connection.
Mighty Craft was born out of a love of craft, and a purpose to help the craft drinks industry prosper. We identified a problem unique to the craft industry – while there is low barrier to entry, scaling a brand on a national (and international) scale is difficult. We solve this problem by offering expert industry leadership, access to growth capital and unrivalled operational expertise.
Leveraging our management team’s combined 150+ years of industry experience and industry connections, we provide our partners expert advice and solutions to take their brands to new heights. Since we were founded in 2017, we have consolidated, accelerated and scaled a diversified portfolio of spirit, beer and Ready-To-Drink (RTD) craft brands.
We are consolidating a portfolio of local craft brands. We enable our brands to scale production, distribution and sales through:
With 150+ years combined industry experience, our management team leads a group of highly experienced professionals with deep experience in brand marketing, wholesale and direct to consumer sales, supply chain solutions and large-scale drinks distribution.
We are consolidating a portfolio of preeminent local craft brands with a strong local presence and clear potential for national and international growth. We are targeting and acquiring local craft brands where there is compelling scope for growth and scalability.
We continually invest and inject capital in our brands to drive awareness, consumer demand and ultimately revenue growth. We continue to invest in channel expansion to grow distribution and brand penetration.
We are proudly creating a distribution and supply chain network that is bespoke to the craft industry. We are investing in unique supply chain solutions to streamline and scale up distribution.
We operate under a ‘one order, one invoice and one delivery’ business model, grouping our brands together into one portfolio approach. We do this to provide the simplicity, volume, complementary range of styles and price points combined with a top-down approach that retailers want to do business with.
Our Senior leaders are passionate about craft prosperity. With a combined 150 years of industry experience, our talented and well-connected leaders hold deep expertise across all components of the drinks supply chain.
