The first whiskey in the world to be made using Australian cereal grains, this year’s 78° Native Grain release is truly exceptional, representing a single cask expression of their award winning whiskey – limited to just 300 bottles.
A unique and engaging expression, made from a base of local malted and unmalted barley, along with native Weeping Grass, creating a whiskey unlike any other in terms of taste and character.
